1. About us and these terms

This website (sunmoonas.com), the SunMoonAs card and reading, and the Character & Destiny report are operated by Astrowow ApS, Fredericagade 38, 2. sal, 6000 Kolding, Denmark (CVR DK 35512934). Contact: support@astrowow.com.

These terms govern your use of the site and your purchase of our reports. By buying a report, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

2. What we provide

The reports are personal to you and based on the birth information you provide.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and, for EU customers, include VAT. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your purchase is complete — and a binding contract formed — when your payment is confirmed. You are responsible for giving accurate birth details, as your report is generated from them.

4. Delivery

Your report is generated after payment and delivered by email as a secure download link, normally within a few minutes. You can re-access it any time from that link, and if you lose the email you can have it re-sent to the address you purchased with. If anything goes wrong with delivery, contact support@astrowow.com and we will make sure you receive your report.

5. Immediate delivery and your right of withdrawal

Because the Character & Destiny report is digital content produced specifically for you and supplied immediately, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once we begin generating your report — provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right. By accepting these Terms when you check out, you give that express consent: you ask us to begin generating and delivering your report immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once generation begins. Until you accept these Terms and until generation begins, your statutory withdrawal right is unaffected. (This does not limit the friendly, discretionary refund approach in Section 6.)

6. Refunds

We want you to be happy with your report. Although the statutory withdrawal right above does not apply to a delivered, made-to-order digital report, we take a friendly, common-sense approach: if you are dissatisfied, email support@astrowow.com and we will consider a refund in good faith. This does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer (Section 10).

7. Getting your birth details right

Your report is only as accurate as the birth date, time, and place you enter. If you realise you entered something incorrectly, contact support@astrowow.com and we will help put it right — normally by regenerating your report with the corrected details. We cannot be responsible for a report that was accurate to incorrect information you supplied.

8. The nature of the reports (please read)

Our astrological readings are offered for personal insight, reflection, and enjoyment. They are not professional advice and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional guidance. Astrology describes tendencies and patterns, not fixed outcomes; we make no guarantee that any interpretation or forecast will prove accurate, and any decisions you make remain entirely your own. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified professional.

9. Intellectual property

The reports, the interpretation library, and all site content are the property of Astrowow ApS and Adrian Duncan, protected by copyright. When you buy a report you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share it commercially.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your mandatory rights as a consumer under Danish and EU law. Where any term conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.

11. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running but provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without affecting Section 10, our total liability to you in connection with a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as liability for gross negligence).

12. Acceptable use

Please use the site only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means, or use it unlawfully.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase; the current version is always posted here.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall to the Danish courts — without depriving you, if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. We would always prefer to resolve any issue directly, so please contact support@astrowow.com first.
